- They will be leading hourly union mechanics and will not due any tool turning
- They will troubleshoot through guidance and expertise
- They must have in depth and extensive knowledge of troubleshooting hydraulic systems.
- Must have extensive blueprint reading experience
- Must have experience with fits and tolerances.
- Responsible for learning all maintenance procedures associated with the equipment and the employees, so that these procedures can be monitored.
- Communicate with all employees regularly, always looking for ways or ideas to improve on waste, lost time, or product quality.
- Communicate with preceding and following shift management, notifying them of any areas that will need attention.
