What You’ll Do
- Lead the customer experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery
- Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle needs and repair options
- Work closely with technicians to keep jobs moving
- Present service recommendations with confidence and professionalism
- Manage repair orders, timelines, estimates, and follow-up
- Learn and execute our proven customer-service and sales process
- Build trust with customers and help them make informed decisions
