Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
\n • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
\n • Prepare financial reports and assist with financial analysis to support business decisions
\n • Partner with project managers to track budgets, job costs, and contract billings
\n • Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
\n • Assist in developing and refining accounting policies and internal controls
\n • Prepare for annual audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
\n • Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement best practices
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
\n • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA a plus
\n • 4+ years of accounting experience; construction, real estate, or project-based experience preferred
\n • Strong understanding of job costing and percentage-of-completion accounting
\n • Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
\n • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
\n • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a close-knit team environment
