At Minnesota Canvas, we're growing our events team and are looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to join us as Junior Event Marketing Assistants. If you're confident speaking with new people, enjoy working in lively environments, and want to develop valuable business skills, this could be the perfect opportunity.
You'll represent nationally recognised nonprofit organisations at exciting retail pop-up events and community campaigns throughout the Minneapolis area. Every day is different, offering the chance to meet new people while building practical experience in event marketing, promotions, and brand representation.
No previous experience is necessary—we provide full training, ongoing mentorship, and genuine opportunities for career progression.
What You'll Be Doing:
Represent Inspiring Causes
Promote the work of our nonprofit partners through engaging face-to-face conversations at live events.Create Outstanding Customer Experiences
Welcome visitors, answer questions, and build genuine connections with members of the public.Support Live Marketing Campaigns
Help execute promotional events that increase awareness and generate support for important causes.Work Towards Performance Goals
Contribute to individual and team targets while earning uncapped commission and performance incentives.Develop Your Skills
Take part in daily coaching, hands-on training, and professional development sessions designed to help you succeed.Grow Within the Business

Who We're Looking For

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, events, fundraising, marketing, or sales is beneficial but not essential.

- Weekly pay plus uncapped commission
