Average weekly pay: about $1,615.

$10,000 bonus available for a limited time.

SHIFTS

- Weekend Wrap schedule

- PM local shift

PAY BREAKDOWN

- Mileage: $0.42-$0.47 per mile

- Drop and hook: $45 per stop

- Stop pay: $56 per stop

- Driver load or unload: $45 per stop

- Refused delivery: $36

- Truck order not used: $20

- Crosstown or driver assist: $25 per load

- Empty move: $25 per load

- Hazmat load: $40 per load

- Refrigerated load: $40 per load

- Detention: $23-$36/hour

- Rail delay, waiting on truck, mechanical breakdown, yard checks, safety training: $23/hour

- Mandatory roundtables and safety meetings: $30/hour

- New hire training: $200/day

- Holiday pay: $220/day

- Safety bonus opportunities

Local intermodal container moves in and out of the Ayer ramp to customers within 250 miles. Freight originates or terminates in Worcester or Ayer. Majority no-touch. Daycab. 24/7 operation, so the truck is shared with another driver. Truck stays at the Lancaster yard during time off. Uniforms required. Some rail yard experience preferred. No NYC. No riders.

Thanksgiving and New Year's may work. Christmas is off.

REQUIREMENTS

- 21+ with valid Class A CDL

- 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience

- Some rail yard experience preferred

- Able to wear required uniform

- No DUI in the last 5 years

- Pass hair and urine drug testing
