Job Summary:
We are looking for dependable and hardworking Bakery Associates to assist with daily bakery production. This position involves preparing, packaging, and inspecting baked goods while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can work well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing and producing baked goods.
- Package, label, and inspect finished products.
- Monitor product quality and report any issues.
- Load and unload products and materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company guidelines.
- Assist with other production duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous bakery or food production experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with others.
- Ability to lift and carry materials as required.
Work Environment:
This position may involve working around food production equipment, ovens, and varying temperatures. Employees must follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
