What you'll own:
\n
✔ Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities across multiple entities
\n
✔ Drive accuracy and efficiency across reporting, reconciliations, controls, and SOX compliance
\n
✔ Own revenue recognition under ASC 606, including trade spend, promotions, rebates, discounts, and contra-revenue accounting
\n
✔ Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and FP&A to align accounting outcomes with commercial activity
\n
✔ Improve and scale processes, systems, and controls as the business grows
\n
✔ Mentor and develop team members while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
\n
\n
What we're looking for:
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
\n
• CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
\n
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
\n
• Big 4 experience preferred (2 years)
\n
• Strong U.S. GAAP and internal controls knowledge
\n
• ERP/reporting systems experience
\n
• CPG experience required
\n
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
\n
• Someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and building in a fast-growth environment
