Compensation:
$100,000+ at plan commission

Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE A NC real estate license
- Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships.
- Ability to leverage technology and internet leads to identify and pursue new business opportunities effectively.
- Proven track record of negotiating offers and contracts with confidence, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients.
- Strong communication skills to engage in community outreach and support local charities and non-profit organizations.
- Ability to collaborate with administrative teams to streamline transactions and provide a seamless client experience.
- Knowledge of market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
