What You'll Do
Every client is different, and every day brings opportunities to make someone's life a little easier. You may help with:

Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
-
Safe transfers between the bed, chair, toilet, and shower
-
Mobility assistance and wheelchair support
-
Meal preparation and medication reminders
-
Light housekeeping and everyday routines
-
Companionship, conversation, and meaningful activities
-
Noticing changes in a client's condition and communicating concerns
Our Care Pros do more than complete tasks. They build trust, protect dignity, and help clients feel comfortable and supported in their own homes.
We're Looking for Care Pros Who Bring Both Heart and Experience
To provide the safe, dependable care our clients deserve, candidates must:

Be at least 18 years old

Have previous caregiving or personal care experience

Have hands-on experience with personal care and routine transfers
-
Be comfortable assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care
-
Understand safe transfer techniques and proper body mechanics
-
Be dependable and committed to scheduled shifts
-
Have consistent, reliable availability
-
Communicate well and treat clients with patience, kindness, and respect
-
Be willing to follow care plans and ask for guidance when needed
-
Successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
Hands-on transfer experience is important. We need Care Pros who can safely assist with routine transfers and mobility needs while recognizing when a task requires additional guidance.
