Job Description

We are seeking friendly, organized, and outgoing hosts to welcome guests and ensure a smooth, enjoyable dining and theatre experience. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host plays a key role in setting the tone for exceptional service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and enjoy working as part of a team that serves large audiences during live performances. Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly as they arrive and take them to their assigned table/tables
Communicate effectively with the serving team and management regarding seating, timing, and guest needs.
Answer guest questions about the menu, show schedule, and theatre policies.
Assist with check-in procedures for reservations and group bookings.
Coordinate with the box office and kitchen to ensure accurate guest counts.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and entrance areas.
Handle special accommodations and accessibility requests with care and professionalism.
Provide support to servers, bussers, and management as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or hosting preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to remain calm and organized during high-volume service periods.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Must be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as these are our primary show times.
Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly between tables and theatre areas.
Daytime availability is a major plus!
