• Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, social activities, and other destinations

• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring patients' needs are met and concerns are addressed

• Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules, patients' medical information, and any incidents that may occur

• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth transitions between transportation and medical care

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on the latest transportation safety protocols and patient care best practices
