ODRC is seeking an experienced Video Support Specialist to process and schedule videoconference requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and support videoconferencing operations across a multisite network. Last year, the team scheduled over 12,000 conferences.
Key Responsibilities
· Process and schedule videoconference requests and manage issues via telephone and email.
· Utilize Microsoft Office 365.
· Support day-to-day videoconferencing operations.
· Provide professional written and oral communication.
· Work successfully across multiple teams.
· Provide analytical and troubleshooting support for video endpoints and fiber networks.
· Support conference room meetings, point-to-point, and multipoint (bridge) video teleconferences.
· Provide limited audio/video support for management off-site activities.
· Maintain strict confidentiality.
· Report operational and technical issues to managers.
Required Skills
· Experience with Polycom and Cisco infrastructure and endpoints.
· College degree.
· Utilize Microsoft Office 365.
· Use professional written and oral communication.
· Work successfully across multiple teams.
Preferred Education: 4-year college degree
