<li> Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews) </li>
<li> Act as a Scrum Master for multiple teams, ensuring Agile best practices </li>
<li> Coach teams on Agile frameworks for efficiency and collaboration </li>
<li> Manage JIRA boards, dashboards, and Confluence pages </li>
<li> Oversee project scope, timelines, and deliverables </li>
<li> Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria in JIRA </li>
<li> Work with product owners to manage backlogs and prioritize requests </li>
<li> Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles </li>
<li> Track, document, and report project progress </li>
<li> Ensure project delivery on time and within budget </li>
</ul>
<p> <strong> Must-Have Skills:</strong>
<ul>
<li> 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in IT </li>
<li> 5 years in Financial Institutions (Capital Markets) </li>
<li> Strong JIRA expertise (user stories, acceptance criteria) </li>
<li> Good understanding of ETL and Data Warehouse concepts </li>
<li> Hands-on data analysis experience </li>
<li> Proficiency in JIRA boards, dashboards, Confluence, and Excel reporting </li>
<li> Excellent communication and presentation skills </li>
</ul>
<p> <strong> Highly Preferred Skills:</strong>
<ul>
<li> Hands-on Market Risk knowledge </li>
<li> Knowledge of Credit Risk and Liquidity Risk </li>
