Job Requirements\n
- \n
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Accepts first-time travelers
- BLS and PALS required
- CardioHelp experience required
- Epic experience preferred
- Strong critical care background in pediatric, NICU, PICU, or CVPICU settings preferred
- Ability to manage both VA ECMO and VV ECMO support
- Comfortable working in high-acuity, rapidly changing clinical environments

Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Serve as an ECMO pump specialist supporting patients requiring advanced extracorporeal life support
- Monitor and manage the CardioHelp system while participating in drills, competency training, and ongoing education
- Provide bedside pediatric ICU nursing care when no ECMO patients are present
- Float to NICU, PICU, and CVPICU units as needed
- Deliver safe, compassionate care to cardiac, non-cardiac, neonatal, and pediatric patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support excellent patient outcomes
