TYG is partnering with a leading global consultancy that is seeking to appoint a Director to join its growing Disputes and Advisory group. This is a leadership role offering the opportunity to shape a high-performing team and drive the continued expansion of the firm’s regional presence.

Key Responsibilities
\n
• Lead a team delivering advisory and expert services in construction disputes, with a focus on delay and cost issues
\n
• Oversee the preparation, strategy, and presentation of claims for clients across major infrastructure and commercial projects
\n
• Provide expert input and strategic guidance on complex project disputes
\n
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and supporting business development efforts
\n
• Play an instrumental role in expanding the firm’s footprint in the region, including contributing to winning new work
\n
\n
Requirements
\n
• Strong background in construction disputes and advisory work, particularly in delay and/or quantum
\n
• Proven track record in leading expert appointments or supporting expert work
\n
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
\n
• Prior experience in a consultancy or expert witness environment preferred
\n
\n
