Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing all housekeeping and laundry operations

Managing and scheduling staff to ensure full coverage and efficiency

Maintaining cleanliness and infection control standards throughout the facility

Monitoring inventory and department budgets

Conducting inspections to ensure quality and compliance

Providing training, support, and performance feedback to team members
Qualifications:

Prior experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or laundry management (healthcare or long-term care preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of regulatory and infection control requirements
