We are looking for an individual who is willing to take on the the responsibility for the safety, well-being, and development of children in their care. These individuals must be patient, show compassion, and be very energetic. Also, have some knowledge of child development stages and the early childhood education. It is also important that they are able to multitask, maintain cleanliness and be able to respond to emergencies in a calm matter. All child care personnel play an important role in the shaping of children’s early years, offering a safe space for learning, play, and socialization while supporting families at the same time.
