Step into a hands-on role at the heart of a fast-paced manufacturing floor. As a Production Equipment Operator, you’ll keep machines running smoothly, support daily output, and contribute to a tight-knit, team-oriented operation.
A day in the life
- Begin your shift with safety checks and a quick handoff with teammates.
- Start up, operate, and closely monitor production equipment for steady performance.
- Perform in-process quality checks to uphold production standards.
- Partner with coworkers to hit production goals and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Keep your area clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
- Wrap up with documentation and a clean workstation for the next rotation.
Pay and schedule
- 12-hour shifts
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule
- Day and Night shifts available
- Day Shift: $21.50 per hour
- Night Shift: $23.50 per hour
What you’ll do
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery
- Support daily production operations and throughput
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
- Keep work areas clean and well-organized
- Collaborate with team members to meet goals
What you’ll bring
- Stable work history and solid job tenure
- Background in manufacturing, farming, construction, or similar physically demanding work (preferred)
- Ability to clearly communicate your prior work experience
- Professional attitude and strong team mindset
Physical demands
- Stand for up to 12 hours
- Lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Comfort working in an active manufacturing environment
