- Lead medium-to-large, complex technology projects from initiation through execution, implementation, transition, and closeout.
- Drive business analysis, requirements gathering, business cases, solution evaluation, stakeholder alignment, governance, and project mobilization.
- Develop and manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and project documentation.
- Lead cross-functional teams across business, IT, vendors, and operations.
- Manage stakeholders, vendors, contracts, financials, communications, and executive reporting.
- Support change management, implementation readiness, training, operational transition, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost, quality, and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- PMP certification required.
- 5+ years of project management experience with medium-to-large, complex projects.
- Strong experience with technology/software implementation, enterprise applications, or technology-enabled business projects.
- Experience managing the full project lifecycle.
- Strong skills in business analysis, requirements gathering, planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with ERP, EAM, utility operations, enterprise systems, or large-scale technology initiatives.
