As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and driving the success of our front and back of house. Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff to ensure excellent service.
- Financial Management: Manage labor, food, and beverage costs to achieve financial targets.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
- Quality Control: Ensure menu consistency, quality, and presentation standards are upheld.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest concerns professionally with a solutions-first approach.
- Marketing Initiatives: Drive local marketing efforts, promotions, and community engagement.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant restaurant environment.
- Team Culture: Create a positive team culture focused on hospitality and accountability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (sports bar or high-volume dining preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with proven team-building success.
- Highly organized with strong financial and operational management skills.
- Passionate about hospitality and creating a fun, lively atmosphere.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, especially during big games and weekends.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
