We’re looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic Supervisor to:
- Supervise and support second-shift diesel mechanics and technicians
- Assign repairs and manage diesel shop workflow
- Oversee preventive maintenance and DOT inspections
- Troubleshoot diesel engines, aftertreatment systems, hydraulics, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems
- Review diagnostics and ensure repairs are completed safely and correctly
- Train and develop entry-level and experienced diesel technicians
- Monitor productivity, repair quality, parts usage, and fleet availability
- Enforce shop safety and maintenance standards
Ideal experience includes diesel mechanic, fleet maintenance, heavy-duty truck repair, shop supervisor, lead technician, diesel technician, maintenance supervisor, fleet supervisor, or service manager experience.
