• Start Date: Need As soon as credentialed (30 days)

• Dates: November 27. December 7,8, 22,23,24,31. December 23 is a Call shift 4:30 PM - 6:30 AM.

• Duration: Ongoing

• Shift Hours:\n

  • 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM (M-F)- 8's. 2 providers (OR/OB/ENDO)

  \n

  • 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM (M-F)-10's. 3 providers (OR/OB/ENDO)

  \n

  • 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM (m-F)-12's. 2 providers (2-OR)

  \n

  • 4:30 PM - 6:30 AM (M-F) 1 on Call.

  \n

  • Sat/Sun - 6:30 AM - 6:30 AM 1 on Call.

• Call Requirements: Yes. 1st Call Only. No Post call. Weekend Call is needed.

\n

• Setting: Inpatient

\n

• Credentialing: Emergency and temps will be issued for providers who can start immediately and has substantial availability. Time- 30 days.

• 97 beds, No Trauma

\n

• Case Volume: Inpatient- 617. OB 257, Gen Surg 1,034. Ortho Gen 1,706. Cardiac-NO

\n

• Peds - ENT-93. Opth-412, POD-419, ORO-412, Interventional spine-138. Cath lab-132.

\n

• Cases - OB, Peds, Ortho, Gen Surg, GI, Opth, POD, URO, Interventional Spine.

\n

• Certifications - ACLS, BLS required
