POSITION SUMMARY
Single Site:
The primary goal of the Leasing Manager is to achieve the predetermined budgeted occupancy rate for his or her assigned property prior to the annual student housing Fall Move-In date. All leasing and marketing activities and efforts are the responsibility of the Leasing Manager to execute for the property.
The Leasing Manager is expected to have a basic understanding of leasing and marketing tactics within the student housing multifamily market with a strong focus and understanding of sales.
