What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers, listen to their needs, and provide an exceptional service-oriented experience to build long-term relationships.
- Product Expertise: Learn our company's offerings inside and out to confidently help customers choose the best products and services for their needs.
- Store Presentation: Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor and display.
- Operations & Problem Resolution: Assist with customer problem resolution activities and adhere to the company's exchange and return policies.
What We are Looking For (Requirements):
- Work Ethic Over Experience: Previous experience as a warehouse assoicate, delivery driver, equipment operator, assembly technician, server, or customer service representative is highly valued. No corporate sales background required.
- A customer service-oriented mindset with a genuine love for interacting with people.
- A teachable, coachabgle attitude and a willingness to continuously learn and develop your skills.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Previous retails sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required (we fully train the right candidate!).
