Key Responsibilities

- Make a high volume of outbound calls to customers to obtain copier/printer meter readings.
- Follow up with customers regarding contract-related information and account updates.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and contract data in Excel and internal systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Track and manage account information to ensure accurate billing and contract compliance.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues and keep records current.
- Maintain organized documentation and detailed call notes.

Qualifications
\n

- Previous experience in customer service, account coordination, collections, call center, or administrative support.
- Strong phone skills and confidence making high-volume outbound calls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience
