Responsibilities
- Produce reports, dashboards, and analyses for business teams
- Turn business questions into data queries, metrics, and visuals
- Query and validate data using SQL in a relational database
- Build and maintain Excel models and reporting files
- Develop BI dashboards for self-service insights
- Partner with internal teams to refine reporting needs and logic
- Support data quality, consistency, and documentation
Qualifications
- 4+ years in data, BI, or analytics roles
- Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Background in financial services preferred
- Ability to connect data outputs to business use cases
- Comfortable in lean, high-ownership environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Nice to have: Python and exposure to AI tools
