MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN | TAILWATER LODGE

Tailwater Lodge Altmar, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to work the PM Shift.
Responsibilities:
- Basic understanding of building components, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, landscaping, snow removal and plumbing a plus
- Maintain a clean, organized and hazard free work area at all times
- Ability to multitask between on-going projects and daily work orders
- Follow all maintenance procedures and safety guidelines
- Operation of outdoor equipment
- Must be able to communicate effectively and accurately with guests and co-workers in order to complete daily work orders
- Complete various preventive maintenance assignments
- Works in conjunction with other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Must possess a positive attitude
- Two Years of Maintenance experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must have a valid drivers license

Requirements:
