Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism
- Conduct regular security checks of buildings, entrances, and perimeters
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following established protocols
- Document and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security breaches
- Control access points by screening visitors, verifying credentials, and managing entry logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary
- Maintain a visible, professional presence to deter criminal activity
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Georgia Security Guard license or ability to obtain one
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred
- Strong observational and situational awareness skills
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean background check required
