Pest Technician
Job Description
Job Description
You like solving problems, working with your hands, and figuring out why pests keep showing up where they don't belong. You take pride in doing a thorough job and in helping people feel comfortable in their own homes. If that sounds like you, Precision Pest and Wildlife Removal wants to meet you.
Based in Honea Path, South Carolina, Precision is a veteran- and woman-owned, family-run company serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Upstate. The owners work alongside the team, and everyone has a voice in how the company improves. Integrity, accountability, and continual growth guide the way things are done here. You'll receive paid monthly training, regular coaching, and a personal development plan to help you build your skills.
As our Pest Technician, you'll manage residential and commercial service routes, inspect properties, identify pest activity, and apply treatments that address the source of the problem. You'll have the independence to manage your daily work while knowing your team is there to support you. And there's room to advance into Senior Pest Technician and Pest Manager roles as you gain experience and develop your skills.
You don't need a pest control license to start. Precision will help you work toward state licensing and provide ongoing training along the way.
Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience. You'll also receive PTO, health insurance, retirement benefits, and performance bonuses.
If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a team that takes pride in doing things right, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now!
