HealthYes Talent Partners is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for an established and expanding medical practice in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area.

This full-time outpatient position will initially focus on infants, children, adolescents, and young adults while supporting the practice’s expansion into broader family medicine. You will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary provider team in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Position Highlights

· Four-day clinical workweek

· Outpatient pediatric practice

· One evening shift per week

· Partial Saturday approximately every four to six weeks

· Shared call

· No pediatric inpatient admissions

· Established physician and advanced-practice provider team

· Modern laboratory and diagnostic resources

· EMR patient-management platform

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive, acute, and chronic primary care
• Conduct well-child examinations and routine follow-up visits
• Evaluate and treat pediatric, adolescent, and young-adult patients
• Diagnose medical conditions and develop treatment plans
• Monitor growth, development, and behavioral health
• Educate patients, parents, and caregivers
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced-practice providers
• Participate in shared call and limited Saturday coverage

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in nursing
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active Oregon nurse practitioner license or eligibility to obtain one
• Pediatric, adolescent, or family medicine experience preferred
• Comfortable caring for patients from infancy through young adulthood
• Strong communication and patient-education skills
• Behavioral or mental health experience is a plus
• Bilingual skills are valued
