Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Pay Rate: $24–$26/hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of Maintenance Technician experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support equipment and facility operations in a manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Technician will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and light electrical issues, and ensure equipment runs efficiently to minimize downtime.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and light electrical issues
- Inspect, maintain, and repair conveyor systems
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly to support production
- Assist with installation and setup of machinery
- Maintain maintenance logs and repair documentation
- Follow all OSHA and company safety standards
- Support general facility maintenance as needed
