Car Detailer Responsibilities & Job Duties
- Travel to scheduled customer locations throughout Oʻahu
- Arrive on time for customer appointments
- Provide high-quality, professional detailing based on the package and add-ons purchased by the customer
- Communicate professionally with customers before and after each job to ensure they are satisfied
- Properly use and care for company-provided equipment and supplies
Car Detailer Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional auto detailing experience
- Must have your own reliable transportation — car, van, or truck
- Must be comfortable driving up to approximately 35 miles one way for some jobs
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license and active auto insurance
- Must have an iPhone or Android smartphone
- Must be comfortable performing physical work and getting your hands dirty
- Strong customer-service skills and a desire to make customers happy
- Must be dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude and take pride in your work
