The successful candidate will lead plant maintenance and reliability efforts with a focus on maximizing equipment availability, strengthening preventive maintenance, and supporting consistent manufacturing performance. This hands-on leadership role will use equipment history, downtime trends, and structured problem-solving to address recurring failures and improve long-term asset reliability.

Responsibilities:

- Set the maintenance strategy and daily priorities needed to keep critical equipment reliable and production running effectively
- Turn equipment failures and downtime data into targeted reliability actions that eliminate recurring problems and strengthen preventive maintenance
- Improve maintenance planning and execution through effective CMMS utilization, work order discipline, scheduling, and performance measurement
- Manage labor, contractors, spare parts, and maintenance spending while balancing cost objectives with equipment availability
- Coordinate closely with Operations to plan repairs, preventive work, installations, and equipment improvements with minimal production disruption
