The Morning Toddler Teacher plays a pivotal role in fostering a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for young children during the morning hours. As the lead teacher, you will deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities while maintaining close communication with parents and collaborating with the team to support each child’s growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the classroom to ensure children's safety and well-being
- Deliver engaging lessons tailored to toddlers' developmental stages
- Encourage child engagement through interactive and age-appropriate activities
- Monitor and manage behavior to foster a positive learning environment
- Plan and update lesson activities on a weekly basis
- Maintain clear communication with parents regarding their child’s progress
- Keep accurate records using both digital and traditional documentation tools
- Collaborate with team members to support classroom consistency and effectiveness
- Effectively manage snack, meal, and nap time for young children
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in early childhood education
- High school diploma or equivalent
