Location: Cincinnati, OH
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Local Candidates: Accepted
Traveler Candidates: Accepted

Pay Rate:
Local: $55–$65/hr
Traveler: $55–$65/hr

Required Qualifications:

• Current knowledge of cardiac and/or vascular sonography technology and clinical advances
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with hospital management, physicians, and technologists
• Working knowledge of accreditation, credentialing, and quality assurance procedures
• Basic understanding of medical imaging technology
• Basic understanding of DICOM standards and networking
• Basic understanding of electronic medical records
• Ability to work effectively with physicians, technologists, management, and other healthcare professionals

Responsibilities:

• Perform cardiac and/or vascular sonography procedures according to established clinical standards
• Utilize current sonography technology and clinical techniques
• Communicate effectively with physicians, technologists, management, and healthcare teams
• Maintain knowledge of current cardiac and vascular sonography technology and clinical practices
• Follow accreditation, credentialing, quality assurance, and hospital procedures
• Work with imaging systems, DICOM standards, networking, and electronic medical records
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support department quality standards and patient-care requirements
