Prudential Healthcare Staffing is a family-owned Minnesota nursing agency looking for dependable, caring CNAs to join our PRN team. You pick the shifts that fit your life, whether that’s a few shifts a month around school, another job, or family, or a full schedule when you want more hours.

What You’ll Do
- Help residents and patients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs, intake/output, and weights
- Help with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention
- Watch for and report changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse in charge
- Keep rooms and care areas clean, safe, and stocked
- Treat every resident with dignity, patience, and respect
- Document care accurately according to facility policy
Requirements
- Active CNA certification, listed in good standing on the Minnesota Nurse Aide Registry
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- Clear Minnesota DHS background study
- Negative TB test (or willing to complete one)
- Reliable transportation
- Dependability: when you accept a shift, our facilities and residents are counting on you to show up
- Prior long-term care or hospital experience is preferred, but new CNAs are welcome to apply
