Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with deep Salesforce development experience, strong integration capabilities, and a proven track record of leading teams in Financial Services environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions with a focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Provide hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and integrations.
- Partner with business stakeholders and Product Owners to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Mentor Salesforce developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.
- Support architecture discussions, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and solution reviews.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive continuous platform improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, governance, and deployment standards.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, security architecture, governor limits, and performance optimization.
- Prior experience leading Salesforce development teams.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
