Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Northern Virginia, VA, with openings for Electricians, Estimators, Project Managers, Safety Manager, QA/QC professionals, Certified MV Splicers, and NETA Testers. Depending on position, day-to-day responsibilities may include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems; performing medium-voltage splicing; and conducting NETA testing and commissioning. Estimators will prepare detailed project estimates and support bid proposals, while Project Managers will coordinate schedules, resources, and budgets to deliver projects safely and on time. The Safety Manager and QA/QC team members will develop and enforce safety policies, perform inspections, verify compliance with codes and standards, and ensure consistent quality of work. All roles collaborate closely with field and office teams to support mission-critical facility operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in electricity and electrical engineering concepts, with the ability to apply them in practical field and project environments.
  • \n

  • Hands-on electrical work experience, including installation, maintenance & repair of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
  • \n

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical issues, diagnosing root causes, and implementing safe, effective solutions.
  • \n

  • Relevant certifications or licenses for Electricians, Certified MV Splicers, NETA Testers, and safety or QA/QC roles, as applicable.
  • \n

  • Experience in project estimation, planning, and management for electrical construction or service projects (for Estimators and Project Managers).
  • \n

  • Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA 70E safety standards, and demonstrated commitment to safety culture (especially for Safety Manager and QA/QC roles).
  • \n

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • \n

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, field teams, and leadership.
  • \n

  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and reliability in mission-critical environments.
  • \n

  • Relevant technical degree, trade school completion, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in electrical work or engineering.
