Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join a thriving transactional and commercial real estate practice. This is a great opportunity for an attorney who wants to take on meaningful responsibility, gain sophisticated hands-on experience, and build strong client relationships within a growing practice.
The attorney will have exposure to a broad range of commercial real estate and transactional matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, development, joint ventures, and related corporate work.

Qualifications:

2+ years of transactional and commercial real estate experience

Strong judgment and attention to detail
