We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our client's team on a long-
\n
term contract engagement. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Experience
\n
Cloud and Sales Cloud, with a strong track record of designing, developing, and delivering scalable
\n
Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
\n
This role requires a hands-on developer who can work closely with business stakeholders, architects,
\n
and cross-functional teams to build and enhance Salesforce applications while following best practices
\n
for performance, security, and maintainability.
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Salesforce best practices.
\n
• Lead the development and enhancement of Salesforce Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud
\n
implementations.
\n
• Build and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
\n
Components, Flows, and integrations.
\n
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and
\n
translate them into technical solutions.
\n
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
\n
• Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
\n
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
\n
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
\n
• Support release management, deployment activities, and CI/CD processes.
\n
Required Skills & Experience
\n
• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
\n
• Expert-level experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
\n
• Expert-level experience with Sales Cloud.
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with:
\n
o Apex
\n
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
\n
o Aura Components
\n
o Salesforce Flows
\n
o SOQL/SOSL
\n
o Salesforce Security & Sharing Model
\n
o REST/SOAP APIs
\n
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise application development.
\n
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment processes.
\n
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
\n
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (SFPS) is a significant plus.
\n
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred.
\n
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise Salesforce environments.
\n
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools.
\n
