This role requires top-tier troubleshooting abilities and strong leadership qualities to maintain high shop efficiency and repair quality.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Diagnose complex automotive issues across all vehicle makes and models.</li>
<li>Perform advanced electrical, engine, and drivetrain diagnostics and repairs.</li>
<li>Lead and mentor GS and B-Level technicians in the shop.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and highly efficient work environment.</li>
<li>Ensure all repairs meet AAMCO’s strict quality and safety standards.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs.</li>
