Chitra is seeking an experienced C2 Systems Integrator to support Department of Defense (DoD) Command and Control (C2) systems in a secure, mission-critical environment at Hurlburt Field, Florida.
\n
\n
The C2 Systems Integrator will support the integration, configuration, interoperability, and sustainment of Army and Air Force C2 systems used to enable joint air-ground intelligence, targeting, planning, situational awareness, fires, airspace management, and operational command and control.
\n
\n
The ideal candidate will have experience with military C2 architectures, joint communications, and Army Mission Command Systems, with the technical ability to configure and integrate multiple C2 platforms within a joint operational environment.

Key Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Support the integration, configuration, and interoperability of Army and Air Force C2 systems within a joint air-ground environment.
- Configure assigned Army Command and Control systems to enable successful communications and information exchange across joint systems.
- Support C2 architecture design and integration across mission command, intelligence, targeting, fires, airspace management, air defense, protection, and situational-awareness capabilities.
- Support joint communications planning at the operational level for Army and Air Force organizations, including Army corps, divisions, and Air Force Air Operations Centers.
- Support Common Operational Picture (COP) and Common Tactical Picture (CTP) design, configuration, and management.
- Integrate and support Army C2 systems, including AFATDS, TAIS, DCGS-A, GCCS-A, CPCE, and AMDWS, as applicable.
- Support integration with Air Force Air Operations Center Weapon System information systems, including Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS) and GCCS-J/I3.
- Support configuration of TBMCS, including the associated IRIS message-handling system.
- Troubleshoot system interoperability, communications, and configuration issues affecting joint C2 operations.
- Coordinate with systems administrators, technical personnel, and operational users to maintain reliable C2 system integration and availability.
- Support software installations, upgrades, patches, and applicable cybersecurity requirements as necessary to maintain integrated C2 capabilities.
- Maintain accurate system configuration, architecture, and technical documentation.
- Support configuration and integration of successor C2 systems as new capabilities are fielded.
- Assist in training and providing technical guidance to less-experienced personnel.

Required Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance prior to beginning work.
- Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. military Command and Control, Mission Command, or related automated systems.
- Knowledge of military C2 systems supporting joint air-ground intelligence, targeting, planning, and operations.
- Knowledge of joint communications planning at the operational level of war, including Army and Air Force organizations.
- Experience configuring Army Command and Control systems for communications within a joint operational environment.
- Knowledge of Common Operational Picture (COP) and Common Tactical Picture (CTP) design and management.
- Understanding of C2 architecture, system integration, interoperability, and information exchange between military systems.
- Working knowledge of DoD systems administration and cybersecurity practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, technical documentation, and communication skills.
- DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II/Intermediate qualification or ability and willingness to obtain the required qualification within three months of employment.

- DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
- Security patching and IAVA implementation.
- PowerShell or command-line scripting.
- VMware, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange, or Linux environments.

Certification Requirements

- DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II/Intermediate qualification, or ability and willingness to obtain the required qualification within three months of employment.
- Ability to earn and maintain CompTIA Security+ in accordance with contract requirements.
