We are looking for a full-time person to fill our parts and service position at Plow World Power Equipment in East Bethel, Minnesota. This person would be responsible for everything that happens at the Parts/Service counter.

Responsiblities include but are not limited to:

-Assisting customers with finding the correct parts

-Ordering parts and checking parts in when delivered

-Writing up work orders of completed jobs

-Lifting abilities up to 50lbs

-Light mechanical work (building lawn mowers, snow plows, etc.)

-Answering phone calls

-Responsible for the Parts email and keeping up with new messages

-Keeping parts organized in the parts area

-Being able to assist the mechanic with finding parts if needed

There would be some light sales involved with this position as well. Knowing the product that is sold is important when dealing with customers and potential new customers as well. The East Bethel location has hours of Tuesday-Thursday 8-6, Friday 8-5 and Saturday 9-2.
