The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating Raymond Reach forklifts, along with a strong commitment to workplace safety, accuracy, and efficiency in handling materials. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Raymond Reach forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled with care.
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and on time.
- Perform regular equipment checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating a Raymond Reach forklift.
- Valid forklift certification/license (Raymond Reach).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety practices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
