Job duties:
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ingest and process sales tracings data from various sources
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Validate and clean incoming data to ensure consistency and accuracy
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Match sales lines to appropriate customer accounts using established business rules and reference data
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain documentation of data processing workflows and matching logic
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests as needed
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinates with Contracts Admin team to ensure correct contract is loaded; and provides updates as required.

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Communicates and collaborates with assigned distributors as needed when tracings are missing to initiate business process and ensures that their system is updated, continuous improvement activities, conduct root cause analysis where required
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify opportunities to enhance tracings issue prevention strategies and develop and implement new procedures to minimize incidents
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Other duties as assigned
 Education and experience: Required
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree required in Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare Administration or similar</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience of data processing using MS Excel at an expert level. Preferably in the healthcare industry</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation) and data management tools (Model N, SAP or similar)</li>
<li>A well-organized and self-directed individual who can work with minimal amount of supervision</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good judgment and strong operational focus</li>
<li>Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Requires a positive attitude as well as being a team player with good organizational skills</li>
</ul>
 Preferred
<ul>
<li>Healthcare experience specifically processing of tracings, chargebacks or rebates; Minimum of 2 years of tracings process experience preferred</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, Model N &nbsp;(or any other A/P system) is a plus</li>
<li>Experience working on analytical projects and programs that involve integration of external/third-party information, and data quality initiatives</li>
