We are seeking skilled professionals with strong expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and infrastructure data management to support enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.

Position: ServiceNow Discovery Developer
\n
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
\n
Experience Required: 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
\n
Work Location: Onsite (Relocation assistance available)
\n
Work Authorization: Open to candidates with valid U.S. work authorization. No C2C / Third-Party Vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
\n
• Develop, customize, and support ServiceNow Discovery capabilities within enterprise environments.
\n
• Build and customize ServiceNow Discovery Patterns to onboard servers, infrastructure, and network devices into CMDB.
\n
• Configure and support Service Graph Connectors and CMDB data ingestion mechanisms.
\n
• Troubleshoot Discovery failures, pattern issues, connectivity challenges, and CMDB data quality concerns.
\n
• Validate Configuration Items (CIs), relationships, and improve CMDB accuracy.
\n
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, network, server, IT asset management, and operations teams.
\n
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies to improve development efficiency.
\n
\n
Required Qualifications:
\n
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB.
\n
• Experience developing and customizing Discovery Patterns.
\n
• Experience with Service Graph Connectors or similar CMDB ingestion solutions.
\n
• Strong understanding of infrastructure discovery, configuration items, and CMDB data quality.
\n
• Experience customizing ServiceNow solutions beyond out-of-the-box implementations.
\n
\n
Preferred Skills:
\n
• Python scripting/development experience.
\n
• AWS or cloud discovery experience.
\n
• IT Asset Management (ITAM) knowledge.
\n
\n
