Job Description
The Apartment Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in the upkeep and maintenance of the community. The Maintenance Technician is very motivated to find solutions to complex issues and has an eye for detail. Must have previous experience in Drywall Repairs and Painting.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist in the preparation of apartments for occupancy</li>
<li>Respond to service requests</li>
<li>Performs preventative maintenance</li>
<li>Painting, Appliance Care</li>
<li>Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience in apartment maintenance or related fields</li>
<li>Strong verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Own personal set of general tools a plus</li>
<li>Plumbing or Electrical certificate a plus</li>
</ul>
