Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday–Friday | 5x8 Hours | 40 Hours/Week

Pay Rate
Local: $35 – $36/hr
Traveler: $38 – $40/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking an LPN to provide direct nursing care and clinical support to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.

Required Qualifications

Current LPN license.
Ability to provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with providers and other healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Perform patient intake, obtain vital signs, and document medical history and health information.
Assess patients and report changes in condition to the RN or provider.
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered.
Perform wound care, dressing changes, and routine nursing procedures.
Assist providers with examinations, minor procedures, and treatments.
Perform or assist with EKGs, phlebotomy, and specimen collection as required.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
Provide patient education regarding medications, treatments, follow-up care, and health maintenance.
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments or procedures.
Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and clinic policies and procedures.
Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with providers and the healthcare team.
Prepare and maintain examination rooms, equipment, and clinical supplies.
Assist with referrals, follow-up appointments, and other clinic-related activities.
Provide compassionate and professional care in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
