Pay: $27.00–$30.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: Full-Time | 40 hours/week
Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week
Are you an organized and people-focused HR professional who enjoys keeping the hiring process running smoothly? We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a collaborative Talent Management team and support recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone with HR or recruiting coordination experience who enjoys working with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers while creating a positive new-hire experience.
What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires after offer acceptance through their first day.

Coordinate pre-employment paperwork, onboarding requirements, and New Hire Orientation (NHO).

Support Day 1 onboarding activities, including Form I-9 documentation.

Manage job requisitions from opening through closure and ensure approvals are completed accurately.

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers regarding job postings, interviews, candidate status, and hiring progress.

Process offer authorization requests and assist with compensation research.

Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Enter and maintain employee information within the HRIS.

Ensure candidate applications are properly dispositioned and filled requisitions are closed promptly.

Assist with hiring manager and interview panel training.

Review recruiting vendor invoices and maintain recruiting expense trackers.

Help coordinate community recruiting events and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Maintain recruiting policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.

Participate in special HR projects as needed.
What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required.
-
2+ years of Human Resources and/or office administration experience.

Bilingual English/Spanish OR English/Chinese required – verbal and written.

Experience working with an ATS and HRIS.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.

Strong customer-service mindset when working with candidates and internal teams.

Ability to handle confidential HR information professionally.

Comfortable working collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leadership.

Ability to occasionally travel locally within the San Francisco Bay Area.
Nice to Have

Recruiting or Talent Acquisition coordination experience.

New-hire onboarding and orientation experience.

Experience with recruiting expense tracking or invoice processing.

HR compliance/documentation experience.

Experience supporting or facilitating hiring manager training.
