Why you’ll want this seat

  • Work 12-hour shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (4:20 pm–4:40 am).
  • Put in 36 hours, get paid for 40.
  • $1.00 shift differential.
  • Extra hours may be offered to meet customer timelines.

What you’ll do

  • Set up, run, and clean flexographic printing/converting presses to exact specs.
  • Follow the press schedule and ISO SOPs without fail.
  • Complete all documentation accurately.
  • Hold color and registration within tolerance every run.
  • Stage all materials, tooling, and components for seamless set-up through clean-up.
  • Minimize time and material waste while meeting customer standards.
  • Adjust inks using strong understanding of pH and viscosity.
  • Neatly stack finished goods; clearly identify and segregate nonconforming product.
  • Plan changeovers carefully to reduce downtime.
  • Clean doctor roll and anilox shafts completely; prevent anilox cell plugging.
  • Remove ink from press and surrounding areas; keep base rolls and gears clean.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and alert supervision to issues quickly.
  • Work courteously with support teams and participate in quality/process improvements.
  • Help elsewhere in the shop as needed and provide detailed shift handoffs.

  • Ink knowledge and confident color matching.
  • Comfort operating machinery and recognizing various tooling.

  • Forklift trained; safety conscious.

What’s required

  • High school diploma or GED (vocational/technical education preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of flexographic press experience.
